You’ll connect with current members, provide information about our vendor and distributor programs, and deliver top-notch customer service. Compensation & Benefits: • Starting at $16.00 per hour • Full-time and part-time positions available • Full-time benefits include: • $250 monthly contribution toward health insurance • Paid holidays Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. • Provide accurate information regarding our programs and services. • Analyze problems and offer effective solutions. • Document and update customer records in the company database. • Stay current with updates to programs and services to deliver informed support. Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. • Strong ability to build rapport with members and clients. • Excellent prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills. • Positive, professional, and confident demeanor. • Trustworthy, ethical, and reliable work ethic. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • High school diploma or GED required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and ability to type 40+ WPM.
