This is a fully online position where you’ll communicate with customers via live chat, helping them with general inquiries, technical issues, and basic account questions. You’ll represent our brand in a professional and helpful way, making sure every customer feels heard and supported. Most of the work involves typing responses, reviewing basic information, and forwarding requests to the right department when necessary. No phone calls or sales are required. We’re looking for dependable individuals who can follow instructions, stay organized, and work independently. A positive attitude and clear written communication are more important than prior experience — full training is provided. Requirements: – Must be 18+ – Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop – Ability to type efficiently and communicate in English – Basic familiarity with email and chat tools (training included) – Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
