I have a 5.7 Hemi longblock from a 2014 Dodge Ram that had a tapping sound. I don't know where the sound was coming from so my suggestion is to go through the engine. It held 45psi oil pressure when I pulled it. The cam and lifters were replaced around 50k miles ago by the dealership and I have documentation on that. I'll take $375 for it.
