Produce complete, executable sales orders—no follow-up needed for production. Manage expectations and document them clearly in the contract and scope-of-work details. Sell across decks, kitchens, baths, siding, windows, roofs, garages, and DADUs. You are willing and able to study any knowledge not currently held to accurately sell each product and service. What You Bring A proven track record: $2M+/yr closed or ≥35% close rate on qualified appointments at $30k+ AOV. You have the knowledge necessary to deliver accurate estimates to customers and clear, accurate contracts—with scope of work included—to the company.
