General Labor – Kitting Department Location: Vernon CA Pay Rate: $17.87 Schedule: Monday - Friday (some Saturdays) Job Summary: We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our Kitting Department. This role is responsible for assembling, organizing, and packaging various product components into kits according to specific instructions and quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment and pays close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and package product kits according to work orders, instructions, or specifications. Verify that all components are present, labeled correctly, and meet quality requirements. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company and safety policies. Count, sort, and inspect materials to ensure accuracy before and after assembly. Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Report any missing materials, defects, or discrepancies to the lead or supervisor. Operate basic production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with labeling, sealing, and preparing finished kits for shipment or storage. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance guidelines. Qualifications: Previous experience in kitting, packaging, assembly, or production preferred. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Basic math and counting skills.
