This is strictly an online work from home comfort. Our starting salary for the position is $35- $45 per hour ( Morning , Afternoon or Evening session you're allowed to pick any one comfortable with your time frame of work. ( full-time & part-time), and the pay cycle is weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your preference. Responsibilities: * Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. * Provide product and service information. * Resolve customer complaints and issues. * Process orders, returns, and exchanges. * Maintain customer records. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Previous customer service experience is a plus.
