POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Peer Support Worker will provide practical support services to individuals, residing within the Harlem and Casa Esperanza Shelters, with histories of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders (SUD). The Peer Support Worker will deliver on-site person-centered recovery support and harm reduction services to promote recovery recover services including treatment, reduce risk of overdose, prevent the spread of infectious disease, and reduce stigma.
