This requires scheduling appointments with various facilities to obtain the requested documents which may include medical records, radiology films, insurance documents, billing or employment records. You will monitor orders through to completion and provide status updates to our clients. Our services include service of process, court filings and research, investigations, records retrieval, copy services, digital imaging, and messenger deliveries. Must be professional with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. This is a busy desk requiring the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines. Must have computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
