On-call rotation required (one week every three weeks after training completion). JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with extensive hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, pools/spas, painting, drywall repair, and appliance installation/repair. This role is based primarily at our Gresham property with occasional support at other locations. A reliable personal vehicle is required. Part Time manager position available. Job will be to manage several teams providing home services. Respect, Quality Service, Accountability are core principals of what we do. Manager will help teams be prepared to provide Quality Service and reliability every day while making sure they have what they need to do so.
