 As Porter, you will report to the Managers and work with a team of real estate professionals. 5+ Years of experience as a Porter at residential buildings. This position requires various types of manual labor and from time to time will require standing for long periods of time, as well as crouching and climbing stairs and ladders to perform work, and pushing, lifting, and pulling heavy objects that occasionally may be up to approximately 75 pounds. At other times, this position requires completing paperwork.
