The ideal candidate will have industry experience and be proficient in various technical areas, including HVAC, electrical systems and project management. Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure optimal performance. • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance. • Oversee HVAC systems, electrical systems and other critical infrastructure. • Perform preventive maintenance to extend the life of equipment. • Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. • Train and mentor staff on best practices, safety protocols and technical skills. • Respond promptly to emergency requests and coordinate repairs as necessary. Experience: • Proven experience in related field is essential. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems and general maintenance. • Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills. • Proficient in English with strong communication skills. • Previous experience supervising a team is highly desirable. While the central location is Hillsboro we extend from Edison New Jersey down to Trenton and some parts of Northern Pennsylvania the hours of operation that you will be working are as follows 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 2-hour break in the middle for working those hours.Hr job rate fluctuates but minimum is $10 up to $50 depending on distance and service... minimum GUARANTEED pay would be $140 per day after 1 week of training up to $300..
