What We’re Looking For: ✔ Strong customer service skills ✔ Attention to detail & ability to multitask ✔ Quick learner who can follow directions ✔ Cash-handling experience ✔ Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs. What You’ll Do: 📦 Assist customers with shipping (DHL & USPS – domestic & international) 📠 Send and receive email, faxes, scan documents, and provide photocopying services 📦 Pack items for shipping & sell office/packaging supplies 📸 Take passport photos, learn fingerprinting & become a notary public (training provided) 🏢 Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements: ✅ Must have a valid California State ID or Driver’s License with High School Diploma or higher ✅ Enjoy working with people and providing solutions ✅ Passion for delivering top-notch service – we go above and beyond for our customers! ✅ Monday through Saturday, approximate 45 hrs. a week

Position: Financial Manager Department: Finance Reports to: CEO Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee the critical financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can provide insightful analysis to support executive decision-making and drive the company's financial health and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Develop financial models to analyze performance, evaluate potential investments, and support strategic initiatives. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
