Remington Mulch Company is one of the largest mulch and garden product companies in the Northern and Central VA areas. We are a family owned and operated business since 1989. We are growing and expanding our operations and currently hiring multiple CDL class A drivers to join our team to start immediately. This is local and regional work, and you will be hauling garden materials between our locations at Sterling, Gainesville / Marshall / Fairfax / Springfield / Culpeper, and others. We offer parking in Marshall, Elkwood and Fredericksburg. We want drivers who want to work 55-60 hours every week, because this is what we need. Benefits include OT paid after 40 hours, safety bonuses, paid holidays after you've been with us for 90 days, healthcare, 401K, and accumulation of paid time off, up to 120 hours / year once you've been with us. We offer competitive pay based on experience and driving record. 40 hours base pay, plus over time = time and a half. Drivers average 60 hours a week year-round. You must be willing to learn how to use a front-end loader to load your trailer occasionally or push up loads. Flatbed experience is preferred but not required. We can teach you if you are willing to learn. You may be using a frameless end dump trailer, walking-floor trailer, or a flatbed trailer. We will train you for up to a week to ensure you are comfortable and safe.
