I'm paying about $175 per month for Verizon/Fios Internet/Cable TV but I don't have any Premium channels. All like-new furniture, fixtures and appliances provided as a courtesy ... * kitchen appliances (refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher), new cabinets, floors, doors and knobs, deep kitchen sink * new bathroom everything (and a great shower head!) * new carpet and new window blinds * King-sized bed (with electric, adjustable base!), dresser, and night stands * Queen-sleeper couch and coffee table * Beautiful, big-screen TV (120Hz refresh rate) and modern-looking buffet with storage * Perfectly-sized, modern, kitchen table and two chairs * Kitchen dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster oven, pans, kitchen utensils ... all like-new I am not providing bed linens, pillows, towels, or a vacuum cleaner.
