$800 Need a chill person to share this 3BR apartment (Brooklyn)

Looking for a chill person to share this nice apartment. It's a long term sublet (at least a year maybe longer). Spacious 3BR, there might only be 2 roommates for a while. Pros: it's a real 3BR (separate living room, separate kitchen, full bath, good natural light, high ceilings, hot water comes on reliably) Cons: The street can be noisy at night, but if you put the fan on your AC or a noise machine it's fine. Occasional leaks & mice (although the cat should keep the mice away). And these are not constant issues, they crop up occasionally, but the super is responsive. It's an old bldg. Another con is the sublet thing, we can talk about that. Other than that, it's a great deal on a nice apartment! Laundromat a block away. Please have a job & be able to pay 1st month & sec deposit (total $1300 to move in). No broker/ no fees.
