Join our small Camarillo service company office staff to help us maintain our level of productivity and grow new talent from within. You will work closely with the office and field team on a daily basis to complete clerical, office and operational tasks assigned to you based on workload with a focus on coordinating schedules, facilitating our field employee productivity, working with suppliers and vendors, and communication with customers via phone, email and messaging. Able to type 45 words per minute (WPM) or better. Experience scanning documents, saving files to computer. Basic understanding of scheduling/invoicing/data entry a plus. Looking for someone 3-4 days a week. 11:30-3:30pm. Duties include cash register, food prep, and cleaning. We currently have the weekends covered so preferably someone available during the week. We’re a small business with lots of friendly regular customers. Previous food experience is preferred. Our menu is very simple, only hot dogs, so if you’ve worked any other restaurant this will be very easy to learn. Can sometimes get a little busy during lunch time though so best for someone who can work quickly when needed. Pay is minimum wage plus tips (paid out in cash at the end of every shift). Potential to pick up extra shifts if wanted when someone needs a day covered. Must be over 18, we serve beer.
