Assist in equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) principles. Test functionality of facility safety systems. - Fabricate new equipment as necessary SKILLS/QUALIFICATION: 5+ years of maintenance experience in the food manufacturing industry, Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team. Strong understanding of Cal OSHA regulations and safety compliance. Experience with HMI, boilers, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial steam cooking equipment (highly preferred). Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
