This role reports directly to the Regional Maintenance Director and covers 5 locations: Elgin, Chicago-Beverly, Matteson, Cicero, and Calumet City. (No offence old guys, but I'm looking for someone young, who I can use for many years to come). Must have reliable transportation, to work all over MD, DC, and NoVA. Someone mechanical who understands tools and usage would be great, but I can train if you're ready to work hard, you can listen, and you learn fast. I need someone who is motivated, professional, able to lift heavy materials, and answers my texts/calls promptly during normal business hours, and shows up on time. This is a PART time job to start, (just a couple jobs a week). But if things work out, there will be more opportunities, and higher pay.
