An ideal candidate for this role responds to work order requests from residents. Schedules, monitors, and performs general maintenance as required. Additionally, you will inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, process unit turnover and work with outside contractors as needed. Position requires sharing on-call responsibilities and may require working on weekends and holidays. The salary range for this position is $25.82 - $26.44 per hour.  Desired Skills and Qualifications At least two years of maintenance experience, apartment maintenance a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Looking for a Fabricator/Yard assistant for a ground improvement company. Main welding process is dual shield on mild and hardened steel. Fabrication skills are preferred. All tools will be provided. Please have your own PPE to start. Majority of daily tasks are welding and fabricating of tooling to be sent out into the field for ongoing/upcoming projects. Training is available. Position: Lead Wood Finisher Job Description: Interbay Wood and Metal is a high-craft custom Cabinet and furniture shop looking to hire a finisher with three to five years of direct experience in a production environment. Interbay Wood and Metal, supports architecturally significant residential and commercial projects, providing custom kitchens, casework, stairwells, soaking tubs, bars, furniture, doors, and other specialty objects. Our wood shop is FSC certified. Candidate Requirements: • 3-5 years of finishing experience in a production environment. • Strong attention to detail. • Experience with color matching and adjusting tints/ shade coats. • Bleaching and cerusing. • Refined standards for quality, craft, aesthetics. • Perform prep surface pre-treatment, conditioning, and cleaning as required (sanding, chemically, mechanically) to prepare wood and/ or metal and surfaces for stain, clearcoat, paint, or patina application. • Monitor quality throughout finishing process steps and report issues to leadership as they arise. • Excellent time management, problem solving, planning, and judgment skills. • Excellent communication skills, including asking questions and finding teachable moments. • Must be team player with exceptional work ethic always looking to improve. • Experience with air assisted, HVLP and gravity fed spray equipment. • Cleanliness. • Ability to establish priorities, goals, deadlines and meet them. • Ability to be flexible, shifting priorities and projects as needed. • Interest in growing a career at Interbay.
