Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator – Commercial Architectural Woodwork Compensation: Competitive / Negotiable Based on Experience Employment Type: Full-time Job Title: Project Manager / APM / Coordinator Company: Key Woodworking – Custom Architectural Millwork & Casework - Springfield, VA Key Woodworking is a growing commercial architectural millwork company seeking a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Coordinator, depending on experience. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to help lead and manage commercial woodworking projects from planning through installation. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all phases of millwork projects from shop drawings to final install Manage material procurement and scheduling Review and respond to construction documents, RFIs, and submittals Interface with general contractors, architects, and internal teams Oversee field installation teams and assess job site conditions Track and manage change orders Coordinate with shop manager for timely fabrication and delivery Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience managing commercial construction or millwork projects Be highly organized with strong communication skills Be professional and client-facing Understand construction schedules and project planning Be familiar with material vendors and millwork standards Be able to read and interpret architectural and millwork drawings Whether you're an experienced Project Manager or an ambitious Coordinator looking to grow, we want to hear from you.
