Job description: Looking to hire a experienced senior level building maintenance technician. Experience in Maintenance of commercial properties. Must have a knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC / boilers, carpentry and painting skills. Past work experience in the trades or as a handyman would be very beneficial. Job description will be to oversee the maintenance of 2 smaller commercial buildings in the Anchorage, AK area. This will include overseeing the mechanical rooms, implementing a maintenance schedule, coordinating with subcontractors when necessary. The majority of the time the job will be during normal business hours, however there are times that work has to be performed at night or on the weekends. $28-30hr / DOE.
