We are a referral based premium Dog Walking Company based in Southern Marin who deliver the highest quality dog care to the most discerning clientele. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and dog-loving person who must have a certain level of physical fitness as this is a physically demanding outdoor job. We walk in rain or shine all year round, so you must also be willing to work in all weather conditions. You must have the following qualities: • Punctuality and good time managements skills • Good attention to detail • Good communication skills • Respect and Trust • A ‘natural with dogs’ – professional experience preferred but not required • This is a physical job and requires a certain level of strength and fitness – you will get a workout. • Ability to walk 2.5 miles in 45-60 minutes on hilly terrain 2-3 times per day • Clean driving license What you’ll get: • Starting wage $23-25 p/hr or $47-50k Salary DOE • Doggie Van for work use only + associated auto expenses • All equipment provided • Uniform and annual wet weather gear/hiking boot budget • Available shifts: Full time and part-time available Monday - Friday After the standard 90 day probation period you’ll also get the following: • Vacation: 15 paid vacation days per year (hours accrued with each paycheck) • Holiday Pay: Not required to work on some Federal Holidays but will receive full pay. • Sick Pay • 401K Opportunity to make extra income: • Bonus: Performance based year-end bonus • Client tips • Dog Boarding - subject to suitable living conditions • House sitting - in our client’s homes while they travel We are only looking for people looking for long term employment with the desire to build within our brand and company.
