Qualifications - 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality, clubs, or hotels. - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. - Supervisory experience required. - Strong knowledge of maintenance and building systems. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. - Professional demeanor and well organized. - Flexibility for evening/weekend emergency response. - Computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel -Attention to detail. -High school diploma or equivalent.
