Responsibilities and Qualifications • Read and interpret blueprints and fabricate parts and assemblies from blueprints • Plan jobs and maintain schedule • Duties include sawing, grinding, and all necessary prep work • High school diploma or GED • 3-G welding certification is a plus • MIG and TIG welding experience is required • Ability to select proper fillers for jobs based on previous experience or project instruction • Experience in plasma cutting, torch cutting, and grinding • Ability to de-bur/grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture to finish • Perform other duties as assigned • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds • Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation. • Must have a van or truck and own tools. This position will require travel between properties. • Strong communication skills. • High standard of integrity and professionalism is required at all times. • Drug free at all times. • An ability to lift up to 25lbs.

SUBCONTRACTOR/DOOR INSTALLER - $100k+ PER YEAR OPPORTUNITY We need subcontractors now! Our subcontractors typically average between $75k-$100k annually. We are the largest millwork installation company in the U.S. and have a proven track record of stability and year over year growth. Requirements: Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation. Minimum of 5 years' experience installing doors and/or trim carpentry is preferred. Commercial General Liability insurance (minimum $1M policy). Vehicle, trailer, or some way to transport products to job sites. Commercial Auto insurance policy (minimum $300K policy). EPA RRP Certified Firm and EPA RRP Certified Renovator (Lead Safe Work Practices Training). We can assist in obtaining certification if necessary.
