Shipping and Operations Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Shipping and Operations Assistant to help with our daily order fulfillment. In this role, you will be driving to various locations within the Miami area to pick up orders and work with shipping carriers to ensure packages are sent out on time. The job requires basic organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions carefully. You will need to manage multiple pickups and shipments efficiently, keep simple records, and communicate with the team when necessary. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. Compensation includes mileage reimbursement and coverage for packaging expenses.
