Seasonal Merchandise Processor - earn up to $18.75/hr

The base salary for this position is $17.00/hr. Now offering an additional $1.75/hr for PM weekend shifts — earn up to $18.75/hr! Additional benefits include: Paid holidays beginning on day one 40% discount on all of our brands Safe, temperature-controlled work environment $200 Referral Bonus Mental Health Support Employee Assistance Program (EAP) The Merchandise Processor is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping inventory to our customers and stores, following department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a Distribution Center environment. Job Responsibilities: Follow SOPs to accurately count, pick, pull, and pack inventory Use basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and fulfill orders Operate computers/tablets, RF scanners, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or manual tracking systems Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment Lift cases, cartons, and inventory to/from conveyor lines or storage areas Lift up to 25 lbs. continuously, including above and below shoulder level Stand for the duration of the shift with breaks Flexibility to work in other DC areas as needed Job Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus Attention to detail Ability to multitask Self-motivated and team-oriented Why You Belong Here At Victoria’s Secret & Co, you’ll join a world-leading specialty retail brand recognized globally for innovation and excellence in lingerie and fashion.
