This includes planning work sequences, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress. • Team Supervision: Lead and manage construction crews, providing guidance, mentoring, and ensuring high performance. Address any issues or conflicts that arise among team members. • Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years of experience as Foreman or Site Superintendent in Commercial Interior Construction • Drywall, framing, ceilings, and firestopping skills and knowledge • Bonus if you have EIFS/DEFS and Plaster experience • Proficiency in reading blueprints and project specifications. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Dependability, professionalism, and safety awareness.
