Key Responsibilities
• Performing Repairs:
Completing general maintenance and repair tasks, such as fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues, repairing drywall, and maintaining appliances.
• Installation:
Installing fixtures like light fixtures, ceiling fans, and toilets, as well as performing basic carpentry, painting, and decorating.
• Maintenance and Upkeep:
Performing regular upkeep on properties, including cleaning, minor landscaping, and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Assessment and Communication:
