Local contracting company looking for a painter with 5+ years of experience, pays $22-$25 hr, depending on experience. This position is available as soon as possible. Must be able to start ASAP

Need help primarily feeding animals and with general odd jobs/yard work around small outdoor family hog farm. Hours and days are flexible, but some weekends required. Good job for a student or any able-bodied person who wants to supplement income. Need reliable transportation to Western Goochland and ability to lift 50+ pounds. Work is physical and is mostly outside in all weather. Some hours also available driving deliveries doing meat/animal pickups and dropoffs Pay between $14 and $16/hr to start based on experience/ability. MUST HAVE: Minimum 5 years of Foreman experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor performing general construction work. Experience in supervising/managing employees and motivating them to complete projects on schedule. Knowledge and experienced in carpentry, including but not limited to; metal frame, drywall, doors & hardware, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, etc.. Ability to read blue prints and construction plans, maintain equipment and manage paperwork. Good communication, management, and coordination skills. Must have current Driver’s License, OSHA Safety Course Certification, Operator licenses, Red Cross First Aid; and CPR Certification.
