The Medve Group, Inc. has an immediate need for a Groundskeeper/Porter at Renaissance Towers Apartments in Hammond, IN!!! Duties: • General light landscaping - cutting grass in patio areas, watering plants, trimming and leaf blowing • Emptying all common area trash cans and grounds pick up • Trash out empty units • Pressure washing • Changing locks • Delivering notices Incentives: • $16/hr • Great benefits • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holidays • Paid parental leave Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume to careers@medve.com or visit our career center at https://medve.com for immediate consideration. What’s the job: All your contracted will be assigned and managed using our online portal and inspector mobile dashboard. Our clients’ forms require questions to be answered by a walk-through observation of properties, an interview with the insured, taking numerous photos, and periodically providing a diagram of the property. Completed reports, diagrams, details, and photos are uploaded to our system via the inspector portal within a 14-day timeframe.
