Ranch yard maintenance. 14$/hour

We are looking for someone who is experienced with lawn maintenance including but not limited to; edging, mowing, blowing, trimming hedges, pruning roses and trees, and overall clean up. Schedule is Monday – Friday hours vary dependent on season. Minimum 30 hours per week. Driver’s license a MUST. Wage based on experience. This position is a high volume, fast-paced position that requires competency in prioritizing and multi-tasking. Main Functions – Cashiers • Operate cash register, Oregon lottery machine, and credit card terminals • Greet and assist customers, retrieve merchandise, and assist with fuel dispensers • Account for all monies, cigarettes, and lottery tickets on assigned shift • Stock and price merchandise • Check expiration dates and face product • Check in vendors and write checks • Provide leadership skills • Run fuel dispensers and dispense propane Main Functions - Attendants • Provide friendly service to customers • Greet and assist customers • Assist with fuel dispensers • Clean gas pumps and surrounding areas Additional Functions - both • Learn, maintain, and operate all processes associated with the position including paperwork and scheduling • Light janitorial duties - collect and dispose of trash, wash windows, and clean and maintain the equipment, lot, restrooms, fountain area, and building interior/exterior. • Maintain a team environment with other employees and departments • Maintain a high level of customer service and friendly atmosphere • Other duties as needed to help maintain a clean and professional environment Duties/Requirements - both • Responsible to report to work at the scheduled time; be a team member who can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner; be conscientious about assignments • Will accurately handle money • Will have a strong attention to detail • Will have excellent customer service skills • Will work independently and be self-motivated • Will do simple math such as counting, recording, addition, subtraction, and multiplication • Have an excellent attendance record • Be available all hours of operation Working Conditions - both • Will stand and walk for duration of shift • Regularly maneuver up to 20 pounds • Exposure to variable temperatures (indoor, outdoor, walk-in cooler) • Work with cleaning solvents and chemicals • Daily exposure to gasoline and oil products Employer Note: Employer will conduct background check. Responsibilities: • Safely load and unload granite, stone, and quartz slabs from trucks and containers. • Pull slabs from warehouse racks and move to designated loading areas using cranes. • Verify quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing orders. • Pack and load delivery frames with jobs scheduled for delivery. • Offload slab deliveries; label materials with job numbers and record storage locations. • Consolidate slabs on inside racks to maximize storage and safety. • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided). • Complete daily forklift inspections. • Assist with inventory of slab racks and remnants. • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, including clearing shop entrances, carts, trash, and hoppers. • Deliver and pick up materials as assigned, moving company trucks as needed. • Support company goals, policies, and safety standards.
