Pet Policy: Cats and dogs are permitted. There is a 2-pet maximum in each home. The weight limit for dogs is 55 lbs and breed restrictions do apply. There is a $200 nonrefundable pet fee and a $400 refundable pet deposit. Pet rent is $30/month. Application/Security Deposit: Application fees are $50/person. The holding fee is $300/household and is applied to the $300 admin fee at move in. The standard security deposit is $500.00 and may be increased based on screening results.
