Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient administrative practices. Utilize practice management software and other digital tools to manage appointments, records, and communications. Coordinate staff schedules, handle patient inquiries, and assist with billing and insurance processes. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental office setting. Strong computer and technology skills; familiarity with dental software is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
