Trillionaire Realty has an immediate opening for a very unique position. We primarily list REO foreclosure properties for banks. We need a local agent to join our brokerage. The responsibilities are very minimal and will not take much time. Our administrative team does most of the work. *After several months, you should average between $1200-3200 per month (honestly not much work at all). *We will pay all of your CE fees & license renewal fees. *We also have leads available from our foreclosure listings (only if you are interested). *You must have a real estate license and are required to hang your license with our brokerage. *Inactive agents or retired agents may be a good fit since we will pay to get you active again and pay your ongoing renewal expenses.

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Property Manager/Handyman to help oversee and maintain a portfolio of 4 multifamily buildings (30 units) in Tacoma. This role is ideal for someone who has both maintenance skills and the ability to coordinate with tenants, contractors, and ownership. Responsibilities Perform basic handyman tasks (lock changes, patching drywall, unit turns, junk removal, etc.). Coordinate with outside vendors (plumbers, electricians, landscapers).
