Do you enjoy growing microgreens, sprouts, or gardening? I run a small local microgreens & seed company here in Escondido, and I’m looking for a neighbor who’d like to help out a few hours each week. This is a flexible side opportunity, not a corporate job—perfect for someone who loves plants and wants to support a local business. What you’d help with: Answering customer emails with care Packing/shipping small seed & kit orders (lightweight) Keeping a little inventory at home (just needs a shelf or closet) Optional: Be a friendly advocate for the brand if you enjoy sharing your growing journey ?
