Hiring Carpenter as Temporary/Seasonal Employee to fabricate cabinets and finish carpentry at our shop in El Cajon for the next 1-2 months. Our line of work is commercial cabinetry, plastic laminate cabinets, countertops, casework, and millwork. Minimum 7 years of experience specifically building cabinets and countertops. Requirements: -Must have at least 7 years of consistent experience in cutting, edge banding, laminating countertops, cabinet box/drawer assembly. -Must be able to lift heavy, bend, squat, and kneel on a daily basis. -Know how to read shop drawings -Must have the knowledge, organizational skills, and speed to work unsupervised. -Ability to solve problems is essential -Arrive to work on time Please Note: You must have extensive experience specifically cutting and building cabinet components, drawers, and plastic laminate countertops at a carpentry shop. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively troubleshoot issues and provide exceptional service to our clients. Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using various tools, including an ohmmeter. Perform equipment repairs and appliance repairs as necessary. Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. Operate company vehicles for field service calls, ensuring safe transportation of tools and equipment. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all tasks performed. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Familiarity with property maintenance practices is advantageous. Ability to weld is preferred for certain repair tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for driving responsibilities.
