Tractor - $1,500

I don't know anything about it, I took it in on a trade a year ago, was told it runs, I tried to jumped it off, it does turn over but I couldn't get it to crank, I'm not a mechanic so I really don't know what I'm doing. Not sure of the year or anything else at all about it, was told it was owned by a Nascar mechanic, that's all I know about it.
