What You’ll Do Patrol all areas of the casino and property to ensure safety and compliance. Respond quickly to emergencies, medical calls, and guest concerns with professionalism and empathy. Support gaming operations by escorting cash and chips, verifying cards and dice, and maintaining integrity in all Class III gaming areas. Assist guests and team members with information, directions, and service that reflects Seneca Gaming Corporation’s commitment to excellence. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all internal control and security standards. What We’re Looking For Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or hospitality preferred. Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced casino environment. Must qualify for and maintain a valid Gaming License.
