It is a large 5-bedroom, 3-full bath home in Lawrenceville, Georgia right off of Five Forks Trickum road near Sugarloaf Parkway. The home is within a short few miles of grocery stores and shopping off of Scenic Highway. I purchased this home in March 2019, it is a very quiet and small community neighborhood. You could join me, as my new roommate. The occupants that will be living in the home are two professional males in their 60’s, and one professional males in his late 40’s. My house is on the Gwinnett Transit Bus line. All utilities, which includes the A/C, Heat, electric cooking (I wish it was gas), Gigabit internet, Plex, and access to Spectum Plus television programming are included in the rent.
