$750 / 2900ft2 - Stock Traders/Investors(or learning) who need housing North of Atlanta (Norcross Lawrenceville Marietta Roswell Ellijay)

I am looking for a very specific person who needs a room, a mother in law suite, or an entire home for rent (or rent to own). Please note that I have a few different properties and I had posted a picture of a few different properties. The one common denominator is that all properties are north of I-285 (i.e. north of the perimeter). I am looking for a very specific person who needs housing for rent (or rent to own). Before I begin about what type of person I want to give housing to, I want to mention that I am a trader of stocks and options executing my trading/investing strategy. If you trade futures or crypto currency or something other than "garden variety" stocks/ETFs and/or options, that is fine as well as charts work on any financial instrument, but my main focus has been stocks and options. I subscribe to several trading publications/data services. I am interested in finding like minded people who are already trading or at least have some basic understanding of how financial markets work from a macro, fundamental and/or technical analysis perspective. I am willing to help someone learn as well as learn from others as well that have a different trading/investing strategy than I do. Most people I have worked with in the past already have their own savings and/or income, but if you do want to improve your financial situation, I may possibly be able to provide you some work as well depending on if you have any experiences regarding residential housing (everything from cleaning homes, to marketing homes, to fixing/construction/repair of homes or any type of property management) or have a business idea or existing business that needs funding to generate future cash flow. So now that I have described the type of person I am, here are some details regarding housing. I can offer a room for rent between $750 to $1100 depending on size of room, location, amenities, etc. . . . all the way up to an entire home between $1,500 to $3,000 per month. Most people I have helped with housing in the past eventually get their own home and I can assist you with owning your own home one day. We can structure a rent to own now or home purchase in the future as well, if you want to do more than just pay monthly rent. If you need housing for more than one person, please note that I would have to ask for slightly more for the additional utility usage.
