We have 1 bedroom available in a large four bedroom Apartment a short walk from the Washington Square Green Line C T stop. We are 3 males: Two professionals and 1 graduate student. Seeking a fourth roommate for a one year lease commitment from September 1st 2025 until August 31st 2026 with the option to renew thereafter. The rooms are not furnished. Washington Square is lovely, with shopping, restaurants and parks nearby. It is 15 a minute walk from Coolidge Corner (to the East) and from Cleveland Circle (to the West). It's a 30 minute walk to Boston University.......10 minutes by subway. It is also close to the Boston College shuttle bus. We are within walking distance of the C, B and D Green Lines. The apartment is spacious with a back porch overlooking Washington Square. Coin-op Washer & Dryer in the basement. Rent is $800 per month, which includes heat and hot water. Cable TV, Broadband Internet are available with costs shared. We are looking for a roommate who would want to be part of the shared cable bill. This is important. Gas & Electricity come to an additional $75 a month, per tenant. Total expenses (Gas, Electricity, Cable, Broadband Internet) come to about $150 per month. We also have a house cleaner who comes in every month or so. Cost is $20 per tenant per visit. We are looking for roommates with wholesome values. The landlord requires a credit check on all prospective tenants. Your move in costs would be: $800 First Month (October 2025). $800 Last Month (August 2026). $400 Security Deposit.
