$700 / 1br - 120ft2 - Loft available in 3br house (Nags Head)

LOFT I am a 48 year old male. The loft is available in my 2BR/1 loft house. I live in the master bedroom. Somebody else is living in the other bedroom downstairs. I do own the house. The loft is available now. $700/month. The room is for one person. The loft has its own bathroom. The other bathroom is for myself and the other bedroom downstairs. There is a $500 security deposit required when the lease is signed and is refundable if a 30 day notice to move out is given, there is no damage and I don’t have to clean the room. The rent is due the first day you move in and every month thereafter. There will be a monthly lease agreement. Included in the rent: power, water, and wireless internet. No land line. Don’t ask to borrow my cell unless it’s an emergency. Full use of kitchen as long as you can clean the dishes. Washer and dryer downstairs. Room is furnished with queen size bed, chest of drawers, nightstand, and another piece of furniture a TV could be put on. You will have to provide sheets, comforter, pillows, any blankets. You’ll have to get your own TV. You will need your own smart tv and you will need your own apps. (prime video, paramont +, mgm+ ,ext.) I don’t use the living room much. I do bet on football some. Online. In my room. No smoking inside, no excessive drinking, no drama and absolutely no drugs. I need a laid back and quiet house. This is not a late night party house or neighborhood. Must be clean and respectful and you will receive the same. Pets are possible. I currently do not have any pets.
