Hi there, Hi! I’m going to be leaving SD for a bit for work and am looking for someone to sublet my room. Terms are flexible, and a new roommate would have to commit until February (at least). Here are some details on the place and the living situation: The apartment: It has hardwood floors, tons of natural lighting, a gorgeous view of the bay, and a private front yard with grass and a patio you'll have access to. No pets allowed unfortunately :( The living situation: This is the perfect set up for a roommate. You'll have your own full bath & the back bedroom (which is separated from my bedroom by a bathroom). Your roommate is an early 30s male, very clean and easy going, and splits time between this location and his gf’s apartment a few blocks away. The unit will be lightly furnished, so you'll have all the basics (couch, TV, tables, some kitchenware) but will also have the ability to bring some of your own things (mattress , frame, desk available but can also be removed if requested). Utilities extra and should run $50-100 per month. Parking an additional $50 per month. Move in date ~ Oct 1, but also flexible. About you: Looking for a working professional, responsible, but also doesn't take themselves too seriously. Cleanliness, respect, and open communication are a must.
