The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in various trades including framing, stucco, painting, flooring, and demolition, with some knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems considered a plus. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform field activities that include demolition (removal of drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad, etc.) cleaning, emergency services, structural drying. Respond with urgency to all assigned emergency water calls. Set up and operate restoration equipment such as moisture detectors, dehumidifiers, air-movers, etc. Use company software to document all job information and completed work.
