We're an enthusiastic and experienced Merengue and Salsa band building our core sound and looking for a talented pianist to complete our lineup. We're passionate about bringing authentic high-energy Latin rhythms to venues around the city and are excited to find a dedicated collaborator. Your Role: * You'll be key in creating the instrumental arrangements that drive our sound (live saxophone and percussion are handled by other members). * We value creative input and collaborative spirit in rehearsals. What we offer: * Performance compensation - gigs pay $100-$300 per performance depending on the venue. * Rehearsals are compensated at $30 per hour typically 2-3 hours per week (estimated $320-$640 per month).
