A Room in North Berk Apt. monthly starting now. Is for the rest of the semester or month to month with a 2 week deposit. This is due to a student moving out sooner than planned. Would like to make to end of Dec or possibly Jan. laundry in bldg furnished street parking no smoking Private room with access to nice big Balcony Bathroom with Bath across from room. Good ventilation and shower pressure. Laundry in bldg Furnished, don't even need sheets. Street parking No smoking Please no strong smells like fragrance/cologne/strong deodorants /toothpaste habits of late night cooking spicy food cooking and showering etc. Not that you can't do any of that, just not excess please. It's an airy place with good ventilation and smells travel easily and I'm allergic to a lot of the stuff. I have clothes hampers for your dirty clothes and a good vacuum. I supply dishes and cookware, please don't let the dirty items pile up in your room. Room is furnished $1000 includes all utilities in North Berkeley . 5 blocks away from North Berkeley Bart and Trader Joe's grocery. Have a picture to show, maybe your social media that I can see who we would be living with. This also helps me in sorting out any scams. Lots of faceless facebook responders. I'll request a video interview first if you can't. Nice big balcony with sunny afternoons, view of plants and birds that come to feeders. Room is furnished so please don't have much stuff. No pets. You can use kitchen that has all you need to cook and eat. I am a male student/worker, youthful type person who likes to skateboard and do photography. Not a loud person and very clean. Another male worker is in another room that you may never see! He just crashes a few nights a week and is never around in the daytime. I will need to see a picture of you to separate you from fake responders and know who we'd be living with. I can share my facebook or picture as well. I cannot guarantee a long period to rent. The shorter the time the better at the moment.
