Genie Garage Door Opener - $40 (Alpharetta/Milton/Cumming)

This Genie Garage Door Opener was at a leased home and working fine. It was replaced due to a tenant mistake that later was admitted. The tenant said it stopped working, when I got there it was working fine. After the second time where it also worked fine I replaced it and put it in a shed. After wrapping up that day I did other tasks; the tenant's childcare worker arrived and admitted that she had driven her tall SUV into the garage and caught the release cord with her roof rack both those times and then reset the cord. She was apologetic that the tenant had told me it had stopped working. It's sat in the shed a few years now. I have all of the mounting parts, the manual and one remote.
