Millwork Finisher – Full-Time Yellow Factory USA – Maspeth, NY Yellow Factory USA is a new and growing millwork shop located in Maspeth, NY, specializing in high-quality architectural woodworking. We are seeking a skilled, full-time Millwork Finisher with hands-on experience operating industrial finishing equipment and preparing materials for a range of custom wood products. Responsibilities: Sanding, buffing, polishing, and toning using industrial finishing machines and tools. Preparing surfaces for finishes including primer, paint, stains, and clear coats. Experience with paint spraying techniques and knowledge of color mixing machines. Experience with the Cefla spray machine and drying oven is a plus. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
