About the Role We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive our content and product marketing strategy to amplify our product narrative across multiple channels. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, content creation, and strategic partnerships, with a primary focus on developing compelling content that showcases our product capabilities and drives qualified pipeline growth. Responsibilities Content Production & Product Releases Lead comprehensive content creation for all product launches, from release narratives to demo scripts and educational materials Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product roadmap milestones Build thought leadership and educational content that positions Perry Weather as the authority in weather safety, operational efficiency, and research applications Partner with product teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits and drive feature adoption Product Marketing & Messaging Craft product messaging frameworks and integrated campaigns that differentiate Perry Weather across major releases and seasonal initiatives Develop focused messaging and document buyer journeys for athletic personnel, safety professionals, operations leaders, and other key personas Conduct customer interviews, market research, and win/loss analysis to validate positioning and identify new opportunities Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all customer touchpoints Requirements 4-6 years of product marketing or content marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio demonstrating ability to create diverse content types Proven track record of driving pipeline through content marketing initiatives Proficient in SEO and content optimization strategies Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure content performance Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field Benefits Casual work environment. We're located in the vibrant Dallas Oak Lawn neighborhood.
