ISO Notary (Kansas City)

I am in search of a notary to notarize an authorization form from SD DMV. This form authorizes the state of South Dakota to fax my identity paperwork to Missouri so I can get an identification card / driver's license. Due to me not having any forms or original documents of identity, this has proven difficult.. I have finally been able to sign into a previous Google account that has photos of the front and back of my SD driver's license. The back is scannable through photo if it needs to be proven real and authentic. I'm willing to compensate
